Project: Refresh programme
Pret are a ‘Super brand” and we are delighted to be involved in the upkeep of their estate. These projects are n
ot a total refurbishment, or a maintenance visit, but somewhere in between and keeps the stores looking their best.
We go in overnight to carry out any works, dependant on the size of the store we go in for 1 to 3 nights whilst the retailer's trade is uninterrupted during the day. Examples of some of the tasks we complete as part of a refresh - but not limited to - Electrics, plumbing, joinery, decoration throughout internal and external, replacement floors, cracked tiles, replacement glass to counter, decorating and any other maintenance to the store.

Part of the revamping of the Philipotts sandwich chain included a new flagship store in Manchester Spinningfields.

Project: High Street fit out
The Peabodys Group started its journey in 1997 serving gourmet coffee and freshly prepared food within hospitals in London. We built their first London high street store in Holborn.
